遠赤外線ドームは30分寝ているだけで凄い沢山汗が出ますが終わったあとの開放感が癖になります
乾燥肌で脛に粉が吹いたり、手も荒れやすく冬場はパックリあかぎれとか出来て薬やハンドクリームを使う事が多かったんですが今年は薬に頼らずに冬が終わりそうです
これもドームで汗をかくことにより代謝が良くなったからなんでしょうかね？
